Optimize Status Update Locking

This Optional Feature, Optimize Status Update Locking, when enabled, optimizes SQL to avoid index and table locks during the update of transactional status records.

This feature improves performance and stability of the application.

Steps to Enable

If you need to change the Opt In state for this feature:

• Go to the Optional Feature UI - Configuration and Administration > Property Management > Optional Features.
  • NOTE: Only the DBA.ADMIN user can access and use the Optional Features page.

• Select the Optimize Status Update Locking feature

• Run the desired Action for the Use Java Xpath feature -  Opt In or Opt Out.
