This Optional Feature, Allow Rate Geo BNG Rule In Sourcing Build Rates, when enabled, will allow for the usage of the Rate Geo Business Number Generator (BNG) Rule for Rates created from the Sourcing Build Rates action.

We have leveraged the existing BNG functionality from Sourcing build rates. Now User can configure the RATE_GEO BNG rule or use the existing BNG rule for the ID of Rate Record created from Project > Build Rates Action. This is optional features User must opt in for this change.

Steps to Enable

If you need to change the Opt In state for this feature:

  • Go to the Optional Feature UI - Configuration and Administration > Property Management > Optional Features.

NOTE: Only the DBA.ADMIN user can access and use the Optional Features page.

  • Select the ALLOW RATE GEO BNG RULE IN SOURCING BUILD RATES feature.
  • Run the desired Action for the feature - Opt In or Opt Out.
