New Metrics for Bulk Plan End Time
Two new metrics were added to the Bulk Plan Results Performance Tab to signify the actual end of the Bulk Plan and to record the Duration. These metrics do not include the time that agents that were kicked off during the bulk plan may be running. The new metrics help to define the times attributable to the actual Bulk Plan and do not include agent times.

Since clients are able to configure agents to listen to events during bulk plan, there is always a possibility that the perceived bulk plan is taking too long. The new metrics are designed to show how long the bulk plan actually takes so that the client knows that the extra time is accountable to agents running.
