Change Service Provider Action - Rate Record Added To Grid
This feature enhances the Change Service Provider action option selection UI to include the Service Provider's Rate Record.

When the action Change Service Provider is run, the UI for selecting the new Service Provider includes the Rate Record - as shown below.

The Change Service Provider Action Public Manager Layout includes all the available fields in the Grid, as shown below. The Rate Record ID is included by default.
