Service Provider - Reference Number and Remarks Limited to Object Domain
This feature, for your Service Provider users, will limit the Reference Number and Remark Qualifiers displayed for their Shipments to the set of Reference Number and Remark Qualifiers configured in the domain where the object (shipment) was created and the PUBLIC domain. For example, if a Service Provider is Accepting a shipment tender created in Domain A, they will only see the Reference Number and Remark Qualifiers setup in Domain A and the Public domain, Reference Number and Remark Qualifiers setup for other domains will not be visible.
In the example below, the Service Provider is Accepting a Shipment that was created in the OOTB domain. The Shipment Reference Number Qualifiers and the Remark Qualifiers shown are limited to the Shipment Reference Number Qualifiers and Remark Qualifiers configured in the OOTB and PUBLIC domains.

Shipment Reference Number Qualifiers Available OOTB Domain and PUBLIC
For example, the DN Qualifier - shown below, is a PUBLIC Shipment Reference Number Qualifier.

PUBLIC Shipment Reference Number Qualifier
Below is an example of the other possible set of Shipment Reference Qualifiers - the set configured in the Shipment's domain - OOTB.

Domain of Object - OOTB - Shipment Reference Number Qualifier
The same holds true for the Shipment Remark Qualifiers. For example, the ACTUALS_RECEIVED Qualifier shown below is a PUBLIC Shipment Remark Qualifier.

PUBLIC Shipment Remark Qualifier

Domain of Object - OOTB - Shipment Remark Qualifier
Business Benefit: Limiting the Reference Number and Remarks displayed to just the Public and Objects Domain reduces the options provided to the Service Provider avoiding the selection of a an incorrect Reference Number or Remark while also avoiding incorrect data association.
Steps to Enable and Configure
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips And Considerations
Note: For the Service Provider role/user this feature changes the behavior of the application. Previously, the Service Provider (ServProv) would have seen Reference Number and Remark Qualifiers from domains other than the domain of the object and the PUBLIC domain. This change only impacts Service Provider (ServProv) users.
