Flexible Route in Multi-stop Sequencing

This enhancement allows the creation of a route for a multi-stop that does not require any time configuration. The time is determined by the rate service that is used to construct the shipment. Editing the order of the stops is now easier.

Business Benefit: Multi-stop routes that are executed daily and agreed to by the driver or union are typically fixed until an agreed change is made. The primary feature of these routes is the sequence of stops and not the arrival and departure times. This feature makes it easier to create fixed routes and to edit them when needed. Those who have used Ground Schedules are forced to enter often fictitious times. There is often a need to "convert the shipment" to a conventional shipment to perform actions. The new Flexible Route saves all of this extra work and uses the rate service from the rate offering to calculate the times. A third party EDE and ESE are highly desirable to create multi-stop shipments, especially when the Hours of Service must be considered.
