Rate Shopping - Rate Service Visibility - Change Service Provider

This feature provides visibility to the Rate Service in external rate shopping setups where a Rate Offering setup can apply to multiple Rate Service options.  In the Change Service Provider action results, you can now clearly see and select the full-service combination, including the rate service. The system then applies exactly what you selected, instead of defaulting to another option such as the lowest-cost result.

In addition, when you recalculate shipment costs, the system uses the same selected combination to ensure consistency. This prevents unexpected changes in carrier or service during recalculation and ensures that the cost reflects your original decision. This behavior is especially important in workflows where pricing accuracy and carrier selection must remain stable after planning.

Business Benefit: This feature improves visibility to the Rate Service associated with the costing provided.
