SMS Report Enhancements

Enhancements to the reporting logic across areas:

  • Long/split messages will be represented by a single consolidated delivery report
  • Applies to campaign/asset operational report, contact activity log, dashboards and Insight
  • Sent, Delivered and Failed counts for campaign metrics will now also include the numbers for MO (mobile-originated) messages – applies to campaign operational report and Insight
