Introducing a new subject area and standard report for SMS Phone Number Analysis

Standard report

• Includes phone numbers, consent status, total contacts, etc
  • Can be drilled down to contacts
• Also includes phone numbers not on any contact records
• Located under Shared Folder > Standard Reports > SMS

Subject area

• Flexibility to combine contact, phone number attributes and metrics
• New Attributes available: Phone Number, Is Mobile, Phone Number Consent Status, all standard contact fields, SMS Subscription Status
• New Metrics available: Total Phone Numbers, Total Contacts
