Support for OAuth Credentials with Adobe Analytics Integration

Responsys now supports OAuth credentials with the Adobe Analytics Integration. As of December 19, 2024, OAuth credentials support is enabled for all customer accounts currently leveraging Adobe's latest APIs with their enabled Adobe Analytics Integration feature.

The integration continues to support JWT credentials until Adobe completes their end-of-life process, with the Connect using OAuth credentials as the primary authentication method and falling-back to JWT credentials if the OAuth attempts are unsuccessful.

Per Adobe's documentation, please allow at least 24 hours for your new Oauth credentials to take effect. If your current JWT credentials are working, please do not immediately delete them from your Adobe setup.

Note: OAuth credentials support requires using the latest Responsys Adobe Analytics integration leveraging Adobe's latest APIs.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

Please refer to Adobe's announcement for OAuth credential setup instructions, guidance for testing and JWT credential removal, and Adobe's deprecation timeline.

Note: OAuth credentials support requires using the latest Responsys Adobe Analytics integration leveraging Adobe's latest APIs.
