Generative AI Services: Now also available via Frankfurt region

Frankfurt region will now also be available for Eloqua’s Generative AI services.

  • This is in addition to the existing Chicago (USA) region already available. 
  • Eloqua environments located within PODs 6, 7 & 8 that have Gen AI feature enabled will start to have their Gen AI requests processed via Frankfurt by default after the arrival of the 25D release
  • Generative AI features use a pre-trained large language models (LLMs) that are not trained on customer data. No customer data is shared, mixed, or combined to train ML models or to process Gen AI requests.

Business Benefit: Eloqua's Gen AI prompts now run through a European data center for PODs based outside of North America.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

NOTE: Please be advised that there are no changes for Eloqua environments on PODs 1, 2, 3, 4 that have Gen AI feature enabled, and they will continue to be processed via Chicago (USA).
