Consolidation of Code Enforcement Attachments

Code enforcement attachments associated with a case lifecycle from various sources, including agency staff, responsible parties, and case intake are now arranged in three tabs: Case, Intake and All.

  • The Case tab lists all case-related attachments uploaded by both responsible parties and agency staff. 
  • The Intake tab lists all the attachments received as part of the incident and case intake processes.
  • The new All tab lists all the attachments, including those from other sources, such as incident intake, inspections, appeal and hearing, and reports. 

This improves auditability by showing not just what was uploaded, but by whom and at which stage in the case lifecycle.
