Redwood Experience for Web Form Reply Response Page

The enhanced user experience is now available for the Web Form Response page.

Agency staff create and send Web Form notifications and emails to an applicant, responsible party, or other agency staff seeking more information for Permits, Planning and Zoning, Business Licenses and Code Enforcement Incidents.

The correspondence contains a link that the recipient can use to access and respond to the web form questionnaire.

The link opens the Additional Information Request page in the enhanced user experience, which streamlines the look and feel of the the page.

Steps to enable and configure
