Only eligible business licenses available for renewal
Business License renewals are now more streamlined when initiated from a Business Entity or Business Entity or Location. When users start a renewal, only licenses that are eligible to proceed are available for selection. Licenses that have entered their renewal period but have an active condition that prevents renewal aren't displayed for selection.
This enhancement helps agencies:
- Avoid unsuccessful renewal attempts by preventing users from selecting licenses that can't currently be renewed.
- Simplify the renewal experience by presenting only licenses that are eligible to proceed.
- Improve efficiency by helping users quickly identify which licenses can move forward with renewal.
Once the condition preventing renewal is resolved, the license can proceed through the normal renewal process.
Business Benefit: When users initiate renewals from a Business Entity or Business Entity/Location, they see only licenses that are eligible to proceed. Licenses that have reached their renewal period but have an active condition preventing renewal aren't presented for selection.
Steps to enable and configure
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
