Preview Requisition Approvers During Shopping Checkout

You can now preview a list of approvers during shopping checkout in the Responsive Self Service Procurement application. Before this update, you could only view this information after submitting the requisition for approval.

You can access this feature using the View Approvers option on the Cart page.

With this feature, you will be presented with the list of approvers that will be required to review the requisition as part of the approval process. The first approver is selected by default.

This feature provides a preview of the approvers involved in completing the approval process for your requisition. This helps you to follow up with them to get the requisition processed in a timely manner.

Steps to Enable

Use the Opt In UI to enable this feature. For instructions, refer to the Optional Uptake of New Features section of this document.

Offering: Procurement

If you want to use the Preview Requisition Approvers during Shopping Checkout feature, then you must opt in to its parent feature: Procure Goods and Services Using the Responsive Self Service Procurement Application. If you’ve already opted into this parent feature, then you don’t have to opt in again.
