Redwood: Manage Inventory Transaction Reasons Using a Redwood Page

An inventory transaction reason is a standard means of classifying or explaining the reason for a transaction. Inventory transaction reasons can be used when performing any type of material transaction. For example, you can define the inventory transaction reasons of Theft, Misplaced Items, and Damaged Items for classifying adjustment transactions when performing a cycle count or physical inventory count. Now you can manage your inventory transaction reasons using a Redwood page.

You can access the Inventory Transaction Reasons task to create or update your inventory transaction reasons from the Setup and Maintenance work area.

Using the new Inventory Transaction Reasons page, you can:

  • Search for and view inventory transaction reasons
  • Create new inventory transaction reason
  • Update existing inventory transaction reasons
