Redwood: Use a Saved Search for Work Definitions
Manufacturing engineers need an efficient way to save a search for work definitions that they commonly work on and update such as a group of items. The ability to quickly revisit a set of work definitions facilitates updates for completeness and change management scenarios. Now you can create and run a saved search for retrieving work definitions using the powerful index-based search engine combined with the Redwood user experience on the Work Definitions page.
- Create a library of saved searches - Search for work definitions using keywords and filters then create a search with a user-defined name for later use. Categorize the type of saved search as a system search, personal search, or personal shared search. Optionally make it a default saved search.
- Apply an existing saved search - Select an existing saved search to apply and quickly find work definitions that meet the search keywords and filters.
- Manage actions for an existing saved search - Use actions to save, save as, edit, or delete an existing search to efficiently implement change management scenarios.
You can create a saved search for work definitions based on keywords and filters and configure settings for sharing and defaulting it.
