Approve Batches Automatically After Classification
Set up batches for autoapproval using a new parameter in the Start Spend Classification scheduled process. After batches are approved automatically, results from spend classification become available in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and available for extraction in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.
Autoapprove Batch
In Oracle Fusion Spend Classification, you review and approve multiple batches, each time looking to improve the accuracy of predictions. Once you have high confidence in the accuracy of the category predictions being generated by the tool, you have the option to automate the classification process using the Start Spend Classification scheduled process. Prior to this update, you had to periodically approve the classified batches manually after which the transactions become available in downstream applications. With this release, you can use a parameter in the Start Spend Classification scheduled process to indicate that the batch should be autoapproved after classification is completed. This completely automates the process from classifying transactions to making them available for analysis in OTBI or Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.

Tips And Considerations
It’s recommended to keep the Autoapprove Batch parameter set to No during the initial cycles of classification because you’ll want to review the results and improve the knowledge base with manual corrections. When the accuracy meets your expectations and you don’t want to review the results each time, you can schedule the classification with the Autoapprove Batch parameter set to Yes.
