Redwood: Enable the New Supplier Portal Home Page Experience
If managing self-service tasks in Oracle Supplier Portal isn’t extremely easy and intuitive for suppliers, it results in lower adoption and use of Supplier Portal, which increases the support burden for your internal procurement team resources. The next generation Supplier Portal home page is a completely redesigned user experience based on the Redwood design system that provides improved collaboration and intuitive navigation. The new Redwood Supplier Portal home page enables suppliers to be more successful in completing tasks and will reduce support requirements so your team can focus on more strategic and value added activities.
On the home page, suppliers can directly navigate to the main page of each business object through the navigation cards. They can also access other related tasks in the Additional Links section. The Suppliers News section allows you to broadcast important announcements to all suppliers, while the Notifications section provides a glimpse of unread messages with a count and one-click navigation to review all notifications.

Tips And Considerations
Before you enable this feature, consider the following to understand the impact on your current Supplier Portal deployment:
In Update 25A, suppliers can access the following business objects via the navigation cards based on their function security from assigned job roles. Other business objects are planned for future updates. For the ones that are marked as Redwood, suppliers will always navigate to the corresponding Redwood flows and not the classic flows.
- Negotiations (Redwood)
- Orders
- Agreements
- Advance Shipment Notices (Redwood)
- Receipts and Returns (Redwood)
- Work Confirmations (Redwood)
- Invoices
- Payments
- Contract Deliverables
- Qualifications
- Company Profile
After enabling this feature, note the following points to better manage the supplier portal Redwood experience:
- The Redwood Supplier Portal URL will be: https://<host>/fscmUI/redwood/supplier-portal/home?fscmui_app_context=redwood_supplier_portal. Communicate the new URL with your existing Supplier Portal users.
- The home icon in the global area can still take suppliers to the classic Supplier Portal overview page. Consider adding the Redwood Supplier Portal URL on the classic overview page through page composer. Navigating to the Redwood home page via the home icon is planned for a future update.
- The SSO bypass for Redwood pages in Supplier Portal isn't yet supported and is planned for a future update.
