Multiselect Actions on Sustainability Activities
The Sustainability Activities page is a landing page that provides Sustainability Controllers and Analysts an easy way to search for and manage activities. Prior to this update, to perform actions such as validate, delete, cancel, or post an activity, you had to drill into a given activity and then select the necessary action on the page that displayed the activity details. With this update, you can directly select multiple activities on the Sustainability Activities page and then click the button corresponding to the necessary action. You can also export the selected activities to a spreadsheet.
You can individually select records or select all records displayed on the page for processing.

After you perform an action, you will see a message indicating how many of the selected records were processed successfully, and if there were any activities that couldn't be processed. Refresh the page to view any updates in the Status column. By default, Oracle Sustainability sorts all activities by the last updated date, so the most recently processed activities are displayed at the top of the page.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips And Considerations
- You can select up to a maximum of 500 records to validate, post, cancel or delete in one go. If you have more than 500 records to process, then Oracle recommends that you either take the action in batches of 500 records, or use the Process Sustainability Activities scheduled process. The Export action does not have this limit.
- If you don't see the updates to the activities after a single refresh, then try refreshing the page again after a few minutes.
- The following table displays the statuses applicable for each action. While Oracle Sustainability allows you to select records that are not relevant to the action, it will ignore those records during processing.

Access Requirements
Users who are assigned a configured job role that contains this privilege can see the Validate and Delete actions:
- Manage Sustainability Activity (SUS_MANAGE_ACTIVITIES_PRIV)
Users who are assigned a configured job role that contains this privilege can see the Post and Cancel actions:
- Post Sustainability Activity to Ledger (SUS_POST_ACTIVITIES_PRIV)
