Create Requisitions to Replenish Consignment Stock
You can now use the Redwood Self Service Procurement application to create requisition lines to replenish consignment stock using the Enter Requisition line page. Using the Enter Requisition Line feature, you can select a consignment agreement line for a master item. This flow is supported for the Inventory destination type. Even if your user preference is set to Expense, upon selecting the consignment agreement line, the destination type will be set as Inventory.
In addition, from this release, you can select a consignment style agreement for description-based lines or one-time locations if the agreement contains a description-based line and the supplier item on the agreement matches what you provide in the requisition. The destination type for these cases is always set to Expense. Before this release, even if the consignment style agreement contained description lines, it wasn't available to source on a requisition line.
Destination Type Defaulted to Inventory for the Master Item Sourced to Consignment Agreements
For requisition lines created using such agreements, you can update these attributes:
- Price: only if the agreement line is configured to allow price override and the ORA_POR_BPA_PRICE_OVERRIDE profile option is set to Yes.
- Description: only if the agreement line is configured to allow description override and the ORA_POR_BPA_DESCRIPTION_OVERRIDE profile option is set to Yes.
In addition to these conditions, if the requisition line is for a master item, the item must be configured to allow description updates on purchasing documents.

Tips And Considerations
- You can search consignment agreements only on the Enter requisition line page. It's not supported in the shopping search flow.
- The requisition line with master item will be auto-sourced to a consignment style agreement only when the destination type is set as Inventory in your preferences.
- After the requisition line for a master item is auto-sourced to a consignment style agreement, you can't change the destination type on the Delivery and Billing Details page.
- If you edit the Destination Type attribute for all lines to Expense using the Requisition Summary page, you won't be allowed to submit the requisition if it contains consignment agreement-source lines for master items. To proceed. you must change the Destination Type attribute to Inventory for specific lines.
