Redwood: View Electronic Records Using a Redwood Page
Companies in industries such as life sciences can use e-records and e-signatures for regulatory compliance that applies to critical good practice quality guidelines and regulations (GxP) throughout the product lifecycle, such as research, development, manufacturing, and quality control.
As part of supply chain execution, the Electronic Records work area displays information about supply chain management transactions for which approval processes are completed. Now you can use the new Electronic Records landing page to view your electronic records in the Redwood user experience.
To view the Electronic Records work area, select Supply Chain Execution > Electronic Records in the navigator.
In the Electronic Records work area:
- Use e-record details to search for e-records in the secure e-record repository and view transaction details.
- View e-signature history and comments for transactions.
- View and print an e-record as a PDF. An e-record includes details of transactions, the author, and information about transactions and their e-signature history.
- Auditors can search for Source Identifier, Electronic Record, or Electronic Identifier in the Electronic Record Content field.
