Redwood: Create Alternate Lines in Supplier Portal

Suppliers can leverage the redwood response flow to offer alternate lines when the item requested by the category manager has limited availability or when they would want to suggest preferred items that are unknown to category managers. Suppliers can also respond to the line that the category manager originally defined in the negotiation.

After suppliers add alternate lines, they must provide the description for the alternate line. They can also change the UOM and add attachments.
