Redwood: View Response History in Supplier Portal

Suppliers can view the revision history of a response in the redwood page for supplier portal. Suppliers can see all their responses submitted during the course of negotiation. The revision history is accessed from the Actions menu when viewing a response.

If there are multiple responses for a negotiation, then each response will have its own revision history.

Suppliers can see the revision history even for past revisions of a response from the Actions menu.

The time of response, response amount, reference number and status of each response will be shown in the revision history.

The revision history is available for responses which are revised at least once.

Rev History

Supplier can view the history of a response in the Redwood page for the new supplier portal during the course of the negotiation.

Steps to Enable

Use the Opt In UI to enable this feature. For instructions, refer to the Optional Uptake of New Features section of this document.

Offering: Procurement

To use this feature, you must opt in to the Update 25A feature Redwood: Enable the New Supplier Portal Home Page Experience in Oracle Supplier Portal functional area. If you previously opted in to the Redwood: Supplier Portal Home Page Experience already, then this feature is automatically enabled.

Tips And Considerations

• Revision History will be available only for submitted responses which have been revised at least once. It won’t be available for responses in draft.
• Responses in draft will not be shown in the revision history.

Access Requirements

Users who are assigned a configured job role that contains these privileges can access this feature:

• View Supplier Negotiation Response as a supplier (PON_VIEW_SUPPLIER_NEGOTIATION_RESPONSE_SUPPLIER_FACING_PRIV_OBI)
