Redwood: Receive, Inspect, and Put Away Additional Order Types Using a Mobile Device

When you receive, inspect, and put goods away using a mobile device, you need to perform these actions regardless of the source document type. Now, you can receive, inspect, and put away consigned purchase orders, direct work order purchase orders, in transit shipments, and return material authorizations using a mobile device.

                                                      

Receive - Intransit Shipment

This feature saves you time and effort by providing you more flexibility to perform your inbound transactions on a mobile device regardless of the source document type so you don't have to sort incoming goods and transact them using different flows.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Access Requirements

Users who are assigned a configured job role that contains these duty roles can access this feature:

• Receive Goods Using Responsive Receiving (ORA_RCV_RECEIVE_GOODS_PWA_DUTY)
• Put Away Goods Using Responsive Receiving (ORA_RCV_PUT_AWAY_GOODS_PWA_DUTY)
• Inspect goods using the responsive receiving application (ORA_RCV_INSPECT_GOODS_PWA_DUTY)

These duty roles were available prior to this update.
