Use Redwood-Style FYI Notifications in Recall Management

Send workflow notifications in a Redwood style and format to alert users about the containment tasks generated for a recall notice.

When the Locate action is performed on a recall notice and when the Locate Recalled Parts scheduled process is completed successfully, trace details and recall tasks are generated for the recall notice, and FYI notifications are sent based on user-defined business rules to different stakeholders, which enable you to take appropriate containment actions on the traced recalled parts.

With this update, you can use a Redwood template to review the containment tasks for both email and work list notifications.

Users who are assigned with a configured job role that contains the following privileges can access this feature:

• View Recall Trace Details and Tasks (SCH_VIEW_RECALL_TRACE_TASKS)
• Recall Management Console Inquiry (ENQ_MGMT_CONSOLE_INQUIRY)
