Redwood: Transform Data Using Functions in Publication Maps

You can use transformation functions in publication maps to transform the data before publishing it to a target spoke system. You can apply the transformation functions for both TEXT and XML output types. On the Publication Map page, select a mapping and click Transform to open the Transform master attributes drawer, where you can add and validate transformation expressions using functions as shown in the following screenshot.

Click Validate to validate the transformation expression as shown in the following screenshot.

The Transform button is enabled only when you select a single mapping row.

  • Manage Publication Maps (EGI_MANAGE_PUBLICATION_MAPS_PRIV)
  • Manage Publishable Attributes REST (EGI_MANAGE_PUBLISHABLE_ATTR_REST_PRIV)
  • Manage Publication Maps REST (EGI_MANAGE_PUBLICATION_MAPS_REST_PRIV)
