- View supply requests that are in exception and that need your attention.
- If you can’t find a request in the list of supply requests that were created in the last 7 days, then you can enter the request's reference number to quickly go to the request.
- Use the redesigned page to navigate to important tasks, such as to create a new supply request, search for supply requests, or monitor exceptions and alerts.
To get started, go to your home page, then click Supply Chain Execution > Supply Chain Orchestration:
Performance Measures
The landing page comes with two predefined performance measures that you might find useful. Let's start with supply requests:
NOTE:
- View the supply requests that are currently open and that you received in the last 7 days.
- View details, such as the Request Reference, Request Source, Requested By, Requested On, Business Flow, and Status.
- Click a request reference to examine details on the Supply Request page.
- You can also search for a request reference.
Click Supply Alerts, then examine the details:
NOTE:
- View supply requests that are in exception.
- View them according to business flow, such as Back-to-Back, or supply type, such as Buy.
- Quickly identify a supply request that needs your action or supply requests that are delayed.
- Sort the alerts according to the number of flows or types that need action or that are delayed.
- Click a value in the Action Needed column or the Delayed Column to view the requests on the Supply Request page.
Actions
Click an action in the Actions section to quickly go to a task:
NOTE:
- You can do a variety of tasks, such as create a new supply request or manage supply lines.
- You can view up to 4 tasks directly on the page.
- If you have access to more than 4 tasks, then click View All Actions.
- Use the pin to pin a link directly on the page.
Object Navigation
Use the Object Navigation section to go directly to a supply request. Use it when you need to go to a request that doesn't display in the Supply Requests section. For example, the Supply Requests section only displays requests that you received in the last 7 days. Use Object Navigation to search for a request regardless of when you received it. Search according to request reference or supply order.
Edit Page
Click Edit Page Layout:
To add your own performance measure, search for it in the library, then drag and drop it on the landing page:
Search for your visualization in the library, then drag and drop it:

Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips And Considerations
- Supply Chain Orchestration comes predefined to automatically display the new Supply Chain Orchestration landing page. You don't need to do anything to display it or set it up.
- You can’t use Edit Page Layout to remove a predefined performance measure.
- Visualizations aren’t interactive on the landing page. You can view the data in various formats, but you can’t drill down into a visualization.
- If you add your own performance measure and visualization, then the landing page will display that measure, by default.
