Order Management runs a scheduled process that closes the orders. The work area will display a message that has the ID for that process. To monitor it, go to the Scheduled Processes work area and query for the process ID,

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

  • All of the order's order lines must be closed or canceled. If they aren't, the scheduled process won't close the sales order.
  • We recommend that you set the Line Status filter to Closed or to Canceled. This will make sure the scheduled process runs efficiently.
