Redwood: Set Up Brazil Tax Authority Messaging Using a Redwood Page

You can now manage the predefined SEFAZ service provider using streamlined Redwood tasks.

To access the SEFAZ service provider information and enable messaging, you’ll need to do the following:

  1. Select the B2B Connections task from the task panel.
    1. Select the Providers tab and search for SEFAZ to see the service provider details.
    2. Select the Delivery Methods tab to access the predefined delivery method ORA_SEFAZ_File_Export.
    3. Select the Connections tab and filter by the provider SEFAZ to see the connections for all SEFAZ messages. All your inbound SEFAZ documents must have an active connection.
  2. Select the B2B Documents task from the task panel.
    1. Select the SEFAZ documents you want to exchange and set Enabled to Yes.

  1. Select each enabled outbound document and click Assign Connections to assign a default connection to the document.
  2. On the Assign Connections page, select a default connection and set the status to Enabled.

  1. You can also search for the SEFAZ message definitions by provider in B2B Message Definitions:
  1. Select B2B Message Definitions from the task panel.
  2. Select SEFAZ in the Provider filter.

Enable the feature Simplify Configuration and Processing for B2B Messaging to access this functionality.

Tips And Considerations

After the 25D update, connections are created for all existing partner messages. Default connections are assigned and enabled for the documents that already have active partner messages.

Access Requirements

Users who are assigned a configured job role that contains this privilege can access this feature:

  • Manage Collaboration Message Definitions by Web Service (CMK_MANAGE_COLLAB_MESG_DEFINITION_WEB_SERVICE_PRIV).
