Redwood: Undo Structure and AML Redlines

You can now undo the redlines of both saved and unsaved changes of an item's pending revision by selecting one or more redlined rows. This is applicable for both Structure and AML tabs in the change context. The Undo Redlines button is enabled when a redlined row is selected.

This feature drives business value by enhancing flexibility and control by allowing users to reverse unwanted or mistaken pending redlines, minimizing rework and unnecessary administrative change workflow steps.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

You can cancel the undo action by clicking the Undo button again.

Users who are assigned a configured job role that contains these functional privileges can access this feature:

  • To access the item on Redwood page:
    • View Item Redwood Items (EGP_VIEW_REDWOOD_ITEM_PRIV)
    • Manage Item Redwood Items (EGP_MANAGE_REDWOOD_ITEM_PRIV)
  • To create, manage, or view the item structure on the Redwood page:
    • Create Item Structure (EGP_CREATE_ITEM_STRUCTURE_PRIV)
    • Manage Item Redwood Structures (EGP_MANAGE_REDWOOD_ITEM_STRUCTURE_PRIV)
    • View Item Redwood Structures (EGP_VIEW_REDWOOD_ITEM_STRUCTURE_PRIV
  • To manage change order on Redwood page:
    • Manage Change Orders (ACA_MANAGE_CHANGE_ORDERS_PRIV)
