Redwood: Use Enhanced Search for Internal Questionnaires

As internal responders, you can now use enhanced search features when querying internal questionnaires. Save time and avoid scrolling through large search results by applying additional filters such as procurement BU, supplier, and supplier site to further refine and pinpoint exactly what you're looking for.

Steps to Enable

To take advantage of this feature, you must enable the Redwood: Respond to Internal Questionnaires feature.

In addition, perform the following setup step:

To manage the search capabilities of internal questionnaires, run the scheduled process:

• Process Name: ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS
• Index Name to Reingest: fa-prc-poq-questionnaires

NOTE: If you previously enabled the Redwood: Respond to Internal Questionnaires feature, then you must run the scheduled process in this update to continue searching for questionnaires.

Access Requirements

Users who are assigned a configured job role that contains this existing privilege can search for internal questionnaires:
