Redwood: Add Suppliers Suggested by Oracle AI

Category managers can now leverage AI-powered supplier suggestions when creating negotiations. These suggestions are generated from past transactions such as purchase orders, purchase agreements, negotiation awards, responses, and invitations. AI suggests suppliers for each line by matching the item, line description, or category. These suggestions are then consolidated for adding to the negotiation invitation list.

When you create a negotiation, use AI Assist to view supplier suggestions. Suppliers are listed in order of how many negotiation lines they are suggested for. Any negotiation lines without suggested suppliers will be shown under the Lines Not Covered for quick review.
