When managing on-hand quantities with Project-Driven Supply Chain, there may be instances where a project closes or becomes inactive while inventory is still assigned to it. In such cases, you may need to reconcile outstanding materials, redistribute unused inventory, or address audit requirements after project closure. To support these needs, you can now search for and view on-hand quantities tied to closed or inactive projects directly from the Item Quantities page.

Show Inactive and Closed Projects in the Project Filter

The Project filter on the Item Quantities Redwood page now includes projects with inactive and closed statuses. Users can select these projects from the Project filter list of values and view them in the search results for better visibility.

This enhancement helps users easily identify and visualize item quantities associated with inactive or closed projects directly on the Item Quantities page, without impacting transactional behavior.

To use the Project filter to search for on-hand quantities:

  • Go to the Inventory Management work area, then click Tasks > Item Quantities.
  • Search for a project and select from the Project filter list of values.
