View Maintenance Work Order Costs from Maintenance Supervision

You can now access the Maintenance Work Order Costs page by clicking the View Cost button on the Edit Maintenance Work Order page in Maintenance Supervision as seen in the screenshot below.

The Work Order Costs page shows a detailed breakdown of material and resource costs for the selected work order. In addition, you can use the available search capabilities to quickly locate relevant cost information and export reports for further analysis.

Work Order Cost Details

You can now review costs for maintenance work orders using the new Redwood page Maintenance Work Order Costs, which provides a summarized view as well as the ability to drill down into detailed cost information. 

Steps to enable and configure

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, search for and select the Manage Administrator Profile Values task.
2. On the Manage Administrator Profile Values page, search for and select the profile option codes: 
   • ORA_CST_REVIEW_MNT_WORK_ORDER_COSTS_REDWOOD_ENABLED
   • ORA_MNT_SUPERVISION_REDWOOD_ENABLED
3. In the Profile Values section, set the Site level to Y or N. The default value of the profile option is N.
   • Y = enables the feature
   • N = disables the feature
4. Click Save and Close. Changes in the profile value will affect users the next time they sign in.

Access requirements

Users who are assigned a configured job role that contains these privileges can use this feature:

1. View Maintenance Work Order Costs (CST_REVIEW_MAINTENANCE_WORK_ORDER_COSTS_PRIV)
2. Allows review of costs and balances by each individual work order using a web service. (CST_REVIEW_MAINTENANCE_WORK_ORDER_COSTS_WEB_SERVICE_PRIV)
3. Asset Administrator ORA_CSE_ASSET_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB
4. Maintenance Manager ORA_MNT_MAINTENANCE_MANAGER_JOB
