Tips and considerations

• You can't execute recalculate price action for a change order line if it's marked for cancellation.
• The Recalculate Price action on the purchase order or change order lines is restricted under these conditions:
  • The change order line has already been received or invoiced.
  • The purchase order line is sourced from a blanket purchase agreement line with cumulative price breaks.
  • The purchase order line uses a Services line type.
  • The purchase order line isn't sourced from a blanket purchase agreement line.

Access requirements

No specific privileges are required to execute the Recalculate Price action on purchase order or change order lines.
