Steps to enable and configure

If you haven't enabled Redwood for Purchasing, see the Getting Started with Redwood in Purchasing topic on the SCM Resource Center in Customer Connect.

Tips and considerations

  • Select multiple schedules in the schedules view of the Purchase Orders page to open up the drawer to edit multiple schedules.
  • If you are updating an implemented order, the application will automatically create a change order with the updates. If there is already an existing change order you have access to, the application will make its updates on top of that change order.
  • You won't be able to make changes on top of change orders created by a requester or a supplier.
  • If there are validations errors for a schedule, the application won't retain the updates for that schedule.
  • If the application automatically created a change order, but every updated schedule fail validation, then the application will delete the change order it created.
