Selected Purchasing Bug Fixes in This Update

This update includes some bug fixes that can change the way Oracle Purchasing works. This isn't a full list of all the bug fixes in this update. This list includes the bug fixes that can cause a noticeable change in application behavior.

Document History Available for Withdrawn and Rejected Purchase Orders

Before update 26B, you couldn't view the document history for purchase orders that were withdrawn or rejected during approval while editing them on a Redwood page. With update 26B, now you can view the document history on the Redwood page.

Draft Agreements Removed from Search Filters 

Before update 26B, when you used the expiring, overutilized, or underutilized filters on the Redwood Purchase Agreements page, the search results included purchase agreements from the Draft status. With update 26B, the search results now show only purchase agreements with the Open or On Hold status.

Communicate a Change Order to Supplier While Viewing CO Pending Acknowledgment

Before update 26B, you couldn't communicate a purchase order change that required supplier acknowledgement while viewing the change order on a Redwood page. With update 26B, this restriction no longer applies.

View a Change Order Rejection Reason as a Supplier

Before update 26B, as a supplier, you couldn't view the rejection reason when your purchase order changes were rejected by the buying organization. With update 26B, you can now view the rejection reason in the change order warning banner and in the status links on the Redwood Purchase Order pages.

Sort Columns on Redwood Lifecycle Tables

Before update 26B, none of the columns in the Redwood purchase order lifecycle tables were sortable. With update 26B, you can sort on fields such as Receipt Number, Invoice Number, Receipt Date, and Invoice Date.
