Identify Attachments and Notes on My Requisitions
In update 26B, we introduced the Identify Attachments and Notes on Requisition Lines feature, which displays an icon next to requisition lines with notes or attachments in the shopping cart and on the Requisition Line Details page. In this update, we’re extending this capability to the My Requisitions page.

Steps to enable and configure
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips and considerations
- On the Requisition tab, the icon is displayed only when the requisition has a header-level attachment.
- On the Lines tab:
- The icon is displayed for each line that has a note or attachment.
- If both the requisition header and a line have a note or attachment, the icon is displayed only on the corresponding line.
Key resources
- To know how to provide the required privileges to your requesters to use your own configured role instead of the Requisition Self Service User role, refer to the Privileges Required for a Predefined Role for a Requisition Self Service User topic.
