Create and edit carriers and their shipping methods using a new user experience. You can create a carrier by duplicating an existing carrier, including its shipping methods and organization assignments.

Manage carrier details, such as active status and whether manifesting is enabled, and maintain additional information. Use dedicated tabs on each carrier to manage shipping methods, contacts, and inbound tracking rules.

When you create a shipping method for a carrier, you can copy organization assignments from a shipping method on another carrier.

Copy Shipping Method from Existing Carrier

Simplify carrier setup by enabling you to duplicate an existing carrier, including its shipping methods and organization assignments. This saves time and reduces errors.

Steps to enable and configure

Follow these steps to enable or disable this feature:

  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, search for and select the Manage Administrator Profile Values task.
  2. On the Manage Administrator Profile Values page, search for and select the ORA_RCS_CARRIERS_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile option.
  3. In the Profile Values section, set the Site level to Yes to enable the feature or No to disable it.
  4. Click Save and Close. Changes to the profile value affect users the next time they sign in.

    Profile Option Code: ORA_RCS_CARRIERS_REDWOOD_ENABLED 

This profile can be found by searching for the Application value of Supply Chain Management Common Components.
