Capture quality events for returns and field service debrief
Service Logistics supports the capture of Quality events from Work Order Charges and Reverse Logistics workbench pages. This enables users to record inspection results for debrief asset and for asset parts in defective inventory from customer returns.
Inspection results can be captured for predefined plans that are applicable for the asset. Inspection results can also be captured in ad-hoc mode without predefined plans. Users can also view the inspection history for the plans that contains details of the previous quality events captured.

This feature lets organizations seamlessly record inspection data points related to asset condition and characteristics using the Quality Inspection capability. Inspection plans help organizations define and manage data capture effectively.
Steps to enable and configure
Inspection plans should be defined in Quality Management using the task New Inspection Plans.
Note:
- The Inspection Type should be Asset for the plans to be listed in Work Order Charges and Reverse Logistics Dispositions pages.
- The plans shouldn't have any Applicability conditions defined.
