Retain column personalizations for table layouts on Sourcing pages

Redwood Platform

Retain table column personalizations made through the table organizer on Sourcing pages. These personalizations include showing, hiding, and reordering columns. Before this update, retaining these personalizations depended on your browser settings.

This feature applies to all tables on Sourcing pages.

With this feature, column personalizations are persisted on the server and remain available when you:

  • Clear the browser cache.
  • Switch tabs.
  • Switch browsers.
  • Sign out of the application.

Steps to enable and configure

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips and considerations

If you have published Oracle Visual Builder Studio personalizations for table columns, those personalizations define the default table layout. You can then further personalize the table using the column organizer, and your changes are retained in addition to the published changes.

Access requirements

No specific privileges are needed to retain table column personalizations. Users must have access to the Redwood Sourcing pages where they personalize table columns.
