Enable Infinite Scrolling when Viewing Service Request Messages in Classic UI

Infinite scrolling can be enabled when viewing service request messages in the Service Request Classic UI. A new profile option, ORA_SVC_ENABLE_INFINITE_SCROLL_IN_MESSAGES, has been introduced to enable and disable this new behavior.

Profile Option ORA_SVC_ENABLE_INFINITE_SCROLL_IN_MESSAGES

When this profile option's value is set to Yes, users can continuously scroll down the list without needing to click on the 'Load More Items' link. For instance, in a list of 100 messages with the profile option ORA_SVC_CLASSIC_MESSAGES_SET_PAGE_SIZE set to 8, the first 8 messages will initially appear. As users scroll down, the next 8 messages will automatically load, and so on.

If the infinite scroll profile option's value is set to No, the usual behavior will be present, i.e., users will need to click on the 'Load More Items' link to load the next 8 messages, and so on as shown below:

Reduce the extra clicks needed to load all the messages in the service request record.
