Agent Browser UI: Add Standard Text Editor to Navigation Set

The Standard Text Editor can now be added to the BUI Navigation Set if the user has the profile permission: Business Process Setting. 

The Standard Text Editor can be added to the navigation set two different ways. 

  1. Open the BUI Navigation Set by clicking on the three horizontal line icon in the upper left corner of the browser UI.
  2. On the Navigation Set, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner
  3. Click on the '+' sign to select which category in the Navigation Set you'd like to add the Standard Text Editor to.
  4. Search and select the Standard Text Editor in the search dialog.
  5. Click Save and the editor is now in the Navigation Set.

The administrator can also add the Standard Text Editor to the navigation set in the Navigation Set M&C page in the .NET client. Please see this Answer 2439 for more information.

This is included in the 3.25.03.28-b0001 - BUI Apr ii release which will be available on non-production sites on 4/3/2025 and available on development sites on 4/17/2025.  This does not require a CX upgrade to 25B.
