View Coverages for an Asset in the Asset Details page
Redwood Service Center now includes coverage information on the asset details page layout for agents and technicians providing service. This includes warranty information, along with additional coverages such as extended warranties, service contracts, or subscriptions that currently cover the asset or have applied in the past but expired.
Users have a more streamlined experience allowing them to quickly review warranty or additional service contracts for the asset, without leaving the context of the service request.
Steps to Enable
