Dispatch Console Layout Persistence

Effective from 25B, the Dispatch Console layout is persisted between sessions and upon refresh, reducing the time needed for dispatchers to reconfigure the information displayed while performing daily tasks.

The Dispatch Console behavior has been updated so that the currently configured layout is preserved when:

• Navigating between the Dispatch Console and other screens
• Refreshing the screen using the browser refresh
• Closing the browser window and opening it
• Signing out and signing back into Oracle Fusion Field Service
• Restoring session by entering the password or PIN

The following elements of the Dispatch Console are preserved:

• The active split screen, including the relative height of the top and bottom panels.
• The selected view type: time, list, or map.
• Filter selection and checkbox settings within the "View" menu.
• The currently selected date or non-scheduled selection (except after signing back in or closing and reopening the tab, at which point the current date is displayed).
• The selected resource within the resource tree.
• The resource tree width.
• Resource tree filter checkboxes, such as "Show/Hide inactive resources" or "Show/Hide resources with non-working day".
