Utilize the Slack communication channel across multiple application stripes
The Slack communication channel can now be used across multiple application stripes. If you are running both Help Desk and Service Center, you can now define Slack communication channels for both applications
Slack Collaboration channels configured across multiple application stripes
Organizations that are running both Service Center and Help Desk can now configure the Slack channel for collaboration across multiple application stripes on the same instance.
Steps to Enable
There is no special setup required for configuring Slack as a collaboration channel across multiple application stripes. You can proceed with the standard Slack setup and configuration for both Service Center and Help Desk:
