Agent Browser UI: Staff Account Editor in BUI
The Staff Account Editor is now supported in BUI.
CX 25B is required.
The Staff Account Editor can be accessed in the Administration page in the browser UI.
Create a New Staff Account
In addition, there are reports that can be added to the Navigation Set, from the report a staff account can be created or edited.
Staff Account by Profile Report
Reports include Staff Account by Profile, Staff Account by Group, and Staff Account by Manager.
To access the Staff Account Editor, the user will need to have Profile for Groups / Accounts / Distribution enabled.
Business Value:
Allows admins and supervisors to create and edit Staff Accounts in the Browser UI.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips And Considerations
Not supported in BUI for this release includes:
- Custom fields and custom attributes.
- The ability to create a new group.
- The ability to create a new manager.
- Virtual Assistant Account
- Non-Contact Center Account
