Extract chat data via BI Cloud Connector

You can perform high performance data extraction of chats and chat messages using the BI Cloud Connector. Specifically, data can be extracted from the following tables:

• SVC_CHATS
• SVC_CHAT_MESSAGES

Allows for bulk data extraction, enabling seamless integration with data warehouses, data lakehouses and other third-party applications. BICC also supports both full and partial data extracts, offering flexibility in data management .
