Limit view for Help Desk agents when they are the primary contact
When an employee is a primary point of contact on a request, if they are also a Help Desk agent resource, they are now restricted from seeing the private agent-view of the request.
This prevents the primary contact from seeing fields and internal notes that should only be available to agents.

Tips And Considerations
If for some reason you would like to set the functionality to the way it was working previously, you may do so by setting the follow profile options to Yes.
